The Illustrator badge is Rarer than the Finger Painter and AAC badge because only around 20-30 people have it and it's a badge where there is a hand holding three paint brushes with the colors (in order from left to right) orange, purple, and yellow.

The most popular Illustrator is Elliot and later im going to tell you how he has the Rarest Account but there are other illustrators like, Bubbles, Sava, VMT, K9, TTTPig, Erik1515, Etc.

And Elliot is the only Illustrator I Met and... the Whole Lobby was freaking out and crowding him.
