About 20-100 have this badge. This badge is has a Hand with Red, Green, and Blue paint at the finger tips with only 3 fingers.
Just like the AAC's you have to join a private code to see one or join a livestream.

1. Go to a Public Lobby (Rarely any Finger painters is in there)

2. Join a Private code (Also the Best opinon)

3. Go into different maps (Could work but hardly any is in there like option 1)

4. Join a Finger Painter's livestream (Good but Most of the time you can't get in the code)
